Job Details | Assistant Director, Wall Center Career Services and Professional Development The E. Craig Wall, Sr. College of Business Administration seeks a dynamic individual for the position of Assistant Director, Wall Center Career Services & Professional Development. The Wall Center for Student Success provides both academic and professional support to over 2,500 business students each year. The Center offers a variety of student services to prepare students to be successful after graduation, including job and internship assistance, resume reviews and mock interviews, and Professional Development Activities (PDA) in areas such as networking, leadership and communication. The Assistant Director manages the PDA program, including creating and scheduling events, facilitating workshops, and coordinating guest speakers. In addition, this role provides student professional/career development support to assist students in the various stages of preparing for a job/internship, networks with outside employers, and supervises student Staff in the Wall Center. Requirements: An MBA from an AACSB accredited institution or Master’s Degree in related field is required. Related experience in career services, employer relations, or a similar field is required. Two (2) years of related experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, human resources, client relationship management, career services/higher education or similar is preferred. Some nights/week-ends will be required. |
