Position Summary | Reporting to the Senior Assistant Dean for Academic Programs & Student Services, the Associate Director of Recruitment & Admissions is responsible for executing planned initiatives and ensuring the successful attraction, recruitment, matriculation, and retention of high-caliber domestic and international students for all undergraduate and graduate School of Education programs, outside of the online counseling program. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Conditions of Employment | Weekends and/or evenings and local/regional travel are required for recruitment purposes. This position may require additional hours beyond the typical work week, including occasional overnight and weekend work as needed to meet the business needs of the operation. |

Advertised Pay Range | Up to $72,000 commensurate with experience and internal pay alignment. |
