Job Description:


The position of Associate Director for Housing Administration provides oversight, coordination and implementation of the comprehensive process of student housing applications and assignments. The position is also responsible for configuring, maintaining and supporting the StarRez housing software program for Residence Life, which includes developing data subscriptions, data integration, desktop support, integration with access-control system and managing software subscriptions. This position is charged with developing a long-term occupancy management strategy for Residence Life.

Minimum Qualifications:

– Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- 5 to 7 years of experience in higher education; 3-5 years of experience in student housing or closely related field; 1 to 3 years of providing technical experience in StarRez or similar housing management system creating front-end data subscriptions, and integration of data between housing assignment software and Peoplesoft or other campus software. Basic understanding of data analytics within the system, utilizing StarQL or similar database structures. 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
