Position Summary | The Associate Director of Gift Processing and Data Integrity is an important member of the Gift Administration team in the Office of Advancement at William & Mary. The Associate Director reports to the Senior Director of Gift Administration and has two-fold responsibilities to manage and lead the Data & Records Integrity team and the Gift Processing team. The Associate Director’s work requires exceptional attention to detail, intermediate to advanced computer skills, in-depth knowledge BBCRM and the ability to lead the team while managing to Key Performance Indicators. The Associate Director is responsible for identifying and leveraging opportunities to continually improve the quality of data and its entry into our systems. Additionally, this role proactively collects all needed information from multiple sources to post all gifts effectively and accurately; they also play a role in following up on donor inquiries, working proactively with gift officers and other internal stakeholders. The successful Associate Director will be an innovative leader who will foster a culture of belonging that embraces all people and perspectives.
