ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain a consistent flow of potential inquiries
• Attract, engage, and vet potential inquiries
• Enroll and start qualified students to build student population by program
• Monitor admissions metrics and activities through reports, PBI, and admissions software
• Meet with admissions counselors daily to support their performance needs
• Supervise strategic distribution of inquiries to Admissions Counselors
• Oversee weekly plans for Admissions Counselors
• Audit calls and interviews to deliver coaching and constructive feedback
• Provide appropriate coaching for staff development

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Admissions Counselors
o Adult
o High School

• Director of First Impression
REQUIRED WORK HOURS:
A minimum of forty (40) hours per week, plus other hours as may be necessary to complete job duties. A combination of
day, evening, and weekend hours is required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; and one to two years related managerial experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
