Bryn Mawr College has an opening for an Associate Director for Career Counseling, Programming & Outcomes Assessment, in the Career & Civic Engagement Center.

THE POSITION

Bryn Mawr College’s Career & Civic Engagement Center seeks candidates for the position of Associate Director of Career Counseling, Programming, and Outcomes Assessment, to grow and expand career counseling/programming availability and usage for students and new alumnae/i up to 1-year post-graduation.  The Associate Director will report to the Director of Career & Professional Development and will have three primary responsibilities: developing and overseeing a robust, broad-based career counseling & programming agenda that includes both individual and group formats; overseeing the Career Peer program from recruitment through training and supervision; and assisting the Director with the expansion of the department’s efforts in identifying and measuring outcomes of its programs and services.   The individual will collaborate with others on both the Career Engagement and Center-wide teams to develop services and programs that meet the career interests of the students and provide one on one counseling to students and recent alumnae/i, at all stages of the career development process.  Relationship management, data collection, analyzing, and reporting are critical components to this role.

Requirements:
Master’s Degree required and at least 5 years of experience in career services or a related field, with significant experience with career counseling or academic advising in higher education setting.
 Experience designing, managing, and delivering career-related workshops and programs. Ability to identify and assess student learning outcomes.
