The University of Colorado (CU), College of Nursing is seeking an exceptional faculty leader to serve as the Associate Dean for Clinical and Community Affairs (CCA), a faculty administrative appointment. The ideal candidate would be qualified to hold a full-time (1.00 FTE) faculty appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor with dedicated time to serve as the Associate Dean for Clinical and Community Affairs ( an administrative faculty appointment). The Associate Dean of CCA serves as the senior administrator overseeing the CU College of Nursing’s faculty practice enterprise and is responsible for strategic development, clinical faculty/staff support, compliance, practice, and clinical site operations. The Associate Dean is responsible for ensuring that the practice activities are conducted efficiently and ethically, consistent with the rules and regulations of the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and the CU College of Nursing. This position directly supervises faculty and staff as needed within the clinical enterprise structure. The Associate Dean for Clinical and Community Affairs reports directly to the Dean of the College of Nursing and works collaboratively with other leaders in the college, as well as faculty and staff. Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: Associate Professor of Clinical Practice: $110,000 to $130,000 annually at 1.0 FTE Professor of Clinical Practice: $125,000 to $155,000 annually at 1.0 FTE Associate Professor (Tenure Eligible): $115,000 to $135,000 annually at 1.0 FTE Professor (Tenure Eligible): $130,000 to $160,000 annually at 1.0 FTE The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
