-EM oversees all aspects of student recruitment, admissions processing, registration, enrollment strategies, day-to-day operations of the Enrollment Management Division, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

This position is instrumental in advancing Jackson State University’s enrollment objectives and supporting student success through innovative enrollment strategies and collaborative partnerships across the institution.
