Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston located in the Texas Medical Center , the largest healthcare complex in the world is recruiting faculty for the academic rank of Assistant Professor on the Research Track
POSITION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Develops a funded program of scientific research.
· Teaches and actively maintains research productivity
· Instructs didactic coursework (online and classroom as appropriate) and mentors students.
Other scholarly/institutional service responsibilities will be determined in coordination with the Department Chair.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctoral degree in nursing or related field (Ph.D., DrPH).
PREFERRED:
- Eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse in Texas.
