VA Connecticut Healthcare System and Yale University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry are recruiting a Psychiatrist with experience and interest inpatient and acute psychiatric treatment.

Clinical work will include work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in order to care for patients with mental illness. Clinical work will include pharmacotherapy and may include other behavioral treatments such as group-, individual-, couples-, and/or hospital-based interventions using empirically-supported interventions.

The individual will also be responsible for teaching residents, medical students and other trainees, and will be responsible for initiating scholarly work related to teaching or research.
