Position Summary
The Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William and Mary is seeking to fill a position in the Management Department. This position is a full-time tenure-eligible position that begins August 10, 2024.
The primary responsibilities of this position are research, teaching and service. The Organizational Behavior-Strategy area is active in the undergraduate program and multiple MBA programs. The Management Department includes 7 full-time faculty.

Required Qualifications
An earned doctoral degree (at time of appointment) in Organizational Behavior is required. Commitment to inclusive teaching is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates who can teach courses in change management, organizational behavior, and teams are especially encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those willing and able to teach residentially and in online modalities.
