Assistant Professor, Mathematics Education

University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) invites applications and nominations for a tenure- track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level for Mathematics Education.

Duties:

• Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in mathematics education.
• Teach doctoral level STEM courses.
• Advise graduate students and serve on thesis/dissertation committees.
• Establish and maintain a scholarly research, publication record.
• Provide service to the university, profession, and community.
• Work cooperatively with area public schools.

Experience teaching mathematics methods courses at the university level.

Experience integrating technology to support teaching and learning.

An active record of publications/presentations commensurate with experience.
