Applicants with research and/or teaching interests in the following area(s) are encouraged to apply: biomedicine and healthcare machine learning and AI, clinical decision support systems (CDSS), health data analytics and big data, computational epidemiology, medical imaging and computer vision, longitudinal data analysis, mHealth and Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), health informatics ethics, security and privacy, and additional related areas.

Industrial or entrepreneurial experience in areas of expertise.

Service activities at higher education institutes or professional organizations such as AMIA, HIMSS, IMIA, ISDS, PHII, ANIA, IEEE, MICCAI, and others.
