- At least three years of experience in aquatics management.
- Current basic level certifications in CPR/AED, Lifeguard Training, First Aid and Certified Pool Operator certifications.
Preferred Skills
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent.
- Hands-on ability to work computer operating systems and common applications such as spreadsheets, word processors, database programs, email programs and Web browsers.
- Past experience with Colorado Timing System, When to Work, Word Press or equivalent preferred with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate employees, and knowledge of trends in aquatic programming and marketing techniques.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, written and verbal skills.
- American Red Cross Instructor Trainer certifications in Lifeguarding and Water Safety Instructor preferred.
- This position requires some evening and weekend work.
