Job Summary
Assistant Baseball Coach for University School (High School Only).
University High School at ETSU is currently searching for an assistant high school baseball coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head coach in the development of the high school baseball program. This includes not only individual and team skill development, but also character development and providing direction to student athletes so that they might improve as players as well as developing an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork in baseball. Coaches are expected to attend all practices, games, and team events. Specific duties relative to the high school baseball program to be assigned by the head coach. The expectation for University School is that all coaches operate under all TSSAA, ETSU, and Washington County rules and regulations. Assistant coach will report directly to head coach, as well as Athletics Directors and school administration.
University School is a Laboratory School for ETSU Clemmer College.
