Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit

Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to serve as the advisor for our largest undergraduate program. The position will also complete the work of scholarship assignments for the School of Education; maintain office communications and serve as liaison for various committees or work groups.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Have completed an appropriate Master’s Degree program
  • Have at least two years of experience advising at the college or university level
  • Be flexible when dealing with multiple demands
  • Demonstrate the necessary personal skills to work independently and deal with feedback from supervisors
  • Work collaboratively with peers to establish and maintain a positive work climate.
