Job Summary
 

Assistant Director of the Liberty Campus is integral to the management and oversight of policy and processes of student support and academic support services on the Hinesville campus. The Assistant Director collaborates with internal and external entities to enhance resources that foster student success, enrollment growth, community engagement.


Responsibilities
 
  • Assist Director with academic programming
  • Foster positive relationships with campus and community partners
  • Serve as point of contact in absence of Director
  • Oversee retention efforts and maintain data reports
  • Manage the Student Resource Center and ensure student resources are available. Hire, train, and supervise all tutors and student assistants
  • Provide and coordinate all workshops and events/activities
  • Collaborate with Student Affairs to deliver services on the Hinesville Campus
  • Oversee the UCOL program and serve as a mentor
  • Serve on various committees within the University and external communities
  • Promote community engagement

Required Qualifications
 

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
 

Preferred Educational Qualifications

  • Master's Degree

Preferred Experience

  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience

Proposed Salary
 

$50,000 - $57,000

This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
