Departmental Objective | To provide excellent food and services to residential students, faculty and staff. |
Purpose of the Position | Under the direction of the Food Service Manager and First Cook, this position prepares and produces assigned menu items by reading and comprehending recipes. It also assigns and monitors jobs of subordinate personnel. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as assigned to include but not limited to serving and cleaning. |
