Job Summary:


ETSU is accepting applications for an Assistant Bursar in the Office of Tax and Revenue. This position is responsible to the Associate Bursar and will counsel and assist students and parents on student billing, manage the staff reconciliation processes for student and other receivables accounts, assist management in the preparation of fiscal year-end data and reports, manage processes on student billing accounts in conjunction with other university departments and state entities, and assist with multiple loan portfolios and complete standard university, federal, and state reports. The position will supervise the student account specialists, student employees, and temporary employees.
