The E. Craig Wall Senior College of Business Administration at Coastal Carolina University invites applicants for a full-time tenure-track position in the Department of Management and Decision Sciences at the Assistant/Associate Professor level, beginning Fall 2024.
 
The individual hired for this position will have responsibilities in research, teaching, and service. The successful candidate will be required to engage in research and scholarship resulting in quality publications. The expected teaching areas for this candidate will be in one or more of the following: information systems, data analytics, business statistics, and/or decision analysis. The teaching load is three courses per semester, and six courses per academic year. These courses may include face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online deliveries. Finally, the position includes service responsibilities including undergraduate student advising, contributing to the assessment of student learning outcomes, and other services to the college, university, community, and profession.
 
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or D.B.A. from a regionally accredited institution in information systems, data science, decision sciences, or a related discipline. A.B.D. candidates with a clear plan for completion by December 2024 are also encouraged to apply. For candidates who have completed a completed Ph.D./ D.B.A., a consistent record of publication in quality refereed journals is expected.
