Job Summary

Job Description
  • Manage user account creation process for new and existing LDH employees, including: Active Directory account, Exchange email account, and Internal system access accounts
  • Maintains all existing accounts listed above by making updates requested through ticket system.
  • Provides technical support by diagnosing technical problems and identifying appropriate solutions through research.
  • Runs ad‐hoc reports as needed for LDH management within LMS system.
  • Provide backup and support to Application Trainers before, during, and after training events.
  • Facilitate LDH webinar process for LDH employees.
  • Develops and maintains internal department documentation.
  • Adheres to and communicates policies, rules, and regulations relating to technology use.
  • Researches educational resources for internal use.
  • Manages the Learning Management System content, serving all of LDH.
  • Develops and maintains internal department documentation.
  • Develops, produces, distributes, and updates training materials in the form of guides, videos, PowerPoint presentations, etc. to LDH and UNO contract employees.
  • Take lead role with pressing unit matters and work with unit supervisor to address properly.
  • Take lead role in training new unit employees.
  • Assists in course development of special topics as defined by state officials.
  • Audits and updates LMS user account information and runs ad‐hoc reports as needed for DHH management.
  • Work with unit supervisor to develop and implement plans for new process implementation.
  • Other tasks as directed.


QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree with 3 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience with user account management.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional customer service experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Great attention to detail and follow up.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.


DESIRED:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with user account management.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with LDH information systems or programs utilized by the department.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing projects, assignments and competing priorities.
  • MOUS, MCT, ACE or other relevant industry certifications.
