Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm


Job Summary: The Aerospace and Engineering Program Coordinator supports and manages the academic program(s) within the department of Aerospace and Engineering. Manages and plans ongoing curriculum management, ABET accreditation, class scheduling, and administration of online degree programs. Assists with Industrial Advisory Board. Works closely with department faculty members to provide support including instructor and student tech support, consult on best practices and approaches, setup and maintenance of course shells, and writing assignments evaluation.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of classroom experience; OR master's degree and some classroom experience.


Skills and Knowledge: Self-starter. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective team player capable of working independently but within the context and guidance of unit leadership. Ability to independently plan, organize, and execute on all key aspects of the role. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in computer and systems-thinking.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience with UA Systems (Banner, Blackboard, CourseLeaf, TaskStream, ASTRA, etc).
