The salary for this position is: $65,000.

Position Function
The Advancing the Science of Reading Grant Project Manager will collaborate with the BSU grant team to implement, monitor, and assure compliance with the grant activities, goals, and budget. Under the direction of the Chair of Elementary Education, the Project Manager will facilitate collaboration structures, take the lead on partnership communications and collaborations, engage in grant data management and report writing, and maintain grant records and resources. The Project Manager will execute the position responsibilities, including participation in weekly BSU grant team meetings and performance of other assigned duties. This position is grant funded, and the individual hired will have an At Will assignment.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
Minimum Experience
Experience in P-12 educational settings
Minimum Other
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms.
Strong communication (written and oral) and collaboration skills.
Authorization to work in the US Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Education
Master’s degree in education or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with a range of educational stakeholders within the P-12 continuum, university, and community.
Preferred Other
Demonstrated knowledge of Indiana’s Science of Reading legislation and Science of Reading research.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, social justice, and community engagement.

The Grant Manager will collaborate with the BSU grant team to implement, monitor and assure compliance with the grant activities, goals and budget. Will manage all project activities, including faculty professional development, program and course revisions and networking activities.
