Position Summary | The Admissions Counselor I is responsible for engaging in recruitment activities and providing direct support to prospective students with applications and application records up to initial university enrollment. As appropriate, position directs students to other university staff to aid with admissions processes. Position reports to the Associate Director of Freshman Admissions. |

Qualifications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities |
|
---|---|
Required Education | Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution. |
Required Work Experience | One (1) year of customer service and/or marketing experience working in an office environment. |
Preferred Qualifications | One (1) year professional customer service experience in higher education. |
Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations |
|
Work Hours | Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm with extended hours as needed based on departmental need, to include some weekends and evenings. |
