Job Summary
This position is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky at the College of Medicine-Bowling Green Campus, and all duties performed will be located on the campus in Bowling Green, KY.

The Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Department Administrator Associate as well as the campus deans as needed.
The ideal applicant will have regular interaction with students, staff, applicants, faculty, and the public. Professionalism, an ability to multi-task, and excellent organizational skills are imperative.
Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing various support to the regional campus which, in turn, provides quality education for the medical students.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Office Suite and administrative support.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
Associates degree plus three or more years related experience.
