Job Summary
The person in this position will Schedule Oral Surgery patients in the operating rooms at the following locations Chandler Major, Pavilion A, Center for Advance Surgery and Good Samaritan. Obtain all required documentation from the Oral Surgery Providers for the Preoperative Anesthesia Clinic by the 72-hour case review deadline. This person will also Facilitate the scheduling of MRI, CT scans and other services provided outside of the clinic; schedule patient appointments, patient registration, and other duties as assigned.

Scheduling skills, organizational skills, attention to details, prioritization, self-motivated, and administrative skills, excellent customer service, proactive, planning, time management, communication, teamwork, and ability to thrive in a high volume fast paced environment.

Preferred Education/Experience
Candidate with patient and OR scheduling experience preferred. Must have the ability to thrive in a high volume fast paced environment.
