The Health Promotion & Development Department is seeking a qualified Administrative Secretary to provide clerical and administrative support to the faculty and staff members within the department.

Job Summary

Performs administrative assistant support work of moderate complexity.


Essential Functions 

- Front desk reception, greeting visitors, and directing them as appropriate.
- Inputs student, preceptor, and clinical site information using proprietary software.
- Scheduling of rooms and special events.
- Takes meeting minutes.
- Orders office/kitchen supplies.
- Travel management.
- Assists faculty with preparing grants.


Physical Effort 

Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
