Job Summary/Basic Functions
Provide administration and professional support services for all activities of the Office of Advising and Career Services. Services provided include written communications, data management, scheduling, organization, and coordination of activities within the department to ensure a seamless experience for students, faculty, staff and the public
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: One year of responsible clerical, customer services, and secretarial and/or administrative support is required.

Job Duties:
- 40% - Manage the Office of Advising and Career Services’ operational activities and student employees; develop processes and procedures for seamless customer service interactions. - (Essential)
- 20% - Communicate with students, faculty, staff and the public to exchange information, resolve issues or concerns, and coordinate activities. - (Essential)
- 20% - Implement and monitor university wide advising and career processes and systems. - (Essential)
- 10% - Provide budget tracking and monitoring, travel/expense voucher processing, and other accounting or financial tasks. - (Essential)
- 10% - Collaborate with OACS leadership in utilizing technology, communications, and website development. Essential - (Essential)
