Minimum Position Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree and two years of appropriate experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Duties & Responsibilities | Advises staff on financial, technical and operational matters, instructs and orients new members of staff. Provides secretarial and administrative support for executives and staff, to include managing, screening and handling telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors. |
