The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
 


Responsibilities: Summer assistants at the Columbia Publishing Course must be self-starters and independent workers with strong verbal and organizational skills. Duties include: making copies, running errands, updating databases, event planning, set-ups and clean-ups of events, and running social media accounts. Please highlight prior office experience, prior event planning experience, any photography and/or graphic design skills, and social media skills.
Additional requirements: ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and ability to remain professional in a social environment. Some weekend and night work mandatory. Prior office experience and/or event planning experience preferred.
