Position Summary: | The Administrative and Program Specialist works closely with the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Center for Inclusive Education’s Director to manage operations, plan and promote events, and to help ensure that operational and tactical goals are executed effectively and on-time. Limited local travel and occasional attendance at evening events is anticipated. The Administrative and Program Specialist in the Center for Inclusive Education (CIE) (Administrative and Program Specialist) will support undergraduate and graduate students with information, support, and communication about co-curricular academic preparation, enrichment, experiential learning, and professional development opportunities for qualified students. The Administrative and Program Specialist will report to the Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and work closely with other CLAS staff to support the overall implementation and operation of the CIE’s student support offerings. The Administrative and Program Specialist will support the execution of events, programs and services for the CLAS Center for Inclusive Education and activities related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
