Position Summary | The Department of Dermatology is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant 3 to join our department and be an essential member of our team! We are a fast-growing and diverse department within the School of Medicine. We provide excellent education and support to our residents, faculty, medical students and our community. The Administrative Assistant 3 will serve as administrative support for the department’s administrative team and will be key member of the medical education and residency program. Tasks will include scheduling various internal/external meetings, purchasing, serving as a P-Card holder, processing reimbursements, assisting with clinical scheduling, helping with event coordination set-up/breakdown (conferences, community events), coordinating weekly Grand Rounds, assisting in creating and tracking evaluations, and maintaining educational cosmetic inventories, and other duties as assigned. We are looking for an individual who has strong attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization skills, excellent communications skills, a self-starter, and can work effectively as a member of a team and as an individual. Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
