Position Summary | Summary: Duties and Responsibilities: · Acts as the primary contact for the School, handling phone inquiries, directing foot traffic, and serving as a liaison to address a variety of day-to-day matters. · Assists staff in tasks such as procurement of office supplies, and managing vendor contracts, including catering, advertisement, and other requisition. · Organizes and supports workshops, seminars, meetings, and special projects; evaluates event success and assists with inventory management. · Manages the School's social media presence, website updates, and maintenance, ensuring a robust online engagement. · Assists with travel arrangements and provides general administrative support to faculty and staff. Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
Preferred Qualifications | • Knowledge of Banner (Finance, HR Payroll and Chrome River) • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of Cascade (Website Development/Updates) • Strong organizational skills and multitasking • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a talent for problem-solving and critical thinking. • Proficiency in office software, social media platforms, and the ability to learn new technologies are quired. • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and in accordance with privacy regulations. |
