Job Title: Adjunct Instructor - TMA - Teaching Assistant Course (TMA 416)

Required Degree: BA or BFA. The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Preferred Degree:MA in media-related critical studies.
Experience: 1+ years university teaching experience in training teaching assistants. We also are interested in reviewing applications from candidates who have accomplished notable teaching outside of university settings.
Duties/Expectations: Successful candidates will teach TMA 416 Teaching Assistants. They may also mentor media student clubs. Instructor must be an engaging and clear teacher, able to lead effective class discussions, and give students constructive and concise feedback. Instructor is expected to be available for faculty meetings and office hours as required for student consultations. Must reside in the State of Utah to be eligible for employment consideration. Must be willing to teach the course(s) in person, on campus.
