  Job Summary 
The School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences seeks adjunct faculty to teach 1 or 2 courses a semester in the field of Mathematics or Mathematics Education. The successful candidate will be expected to begin in the Fall or Spring term (according to when assignment is needed). 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Teach 1 to 2 courses a semester in a classroom setting
  • Grading
  • Timely correspondence with students
  • Setting and holding office hours weekly
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Minimum Qualifications  
    Applicant must have earned a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Mathematics, Mathematics Education or closely related discipline or hold a Master's degree from an accredited college or university and have 18 graduate hours in Mathematics or Mathematics Education coursework.
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • SOAR and Canvas knowledge a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications  
    Ph.D. from an accredited college or university in Mathematics or Mathematics Education or closely related field.
