Job Description
The David B. O’Maley College of Business is looking for a part-time adjunct faculty member to teach the introductory economics course for fall 2024 face-to-face on our Daytona Beach campus. The prospective faculty member will provide hands-on learning activities that stimulate student involvement and encourage critical thinking.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in economics or related field; effective communication and interpersonal skills; sensitivity to academic and cultural diversity; demonstrated proficiency using computer applications, online resources, and other technologies for the classroom. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Applicants must submit: (1) a cover letter that includes teaching preferences, and (2) a Curriculum Vitae.
