Summary of Position
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide effective instruction in the subject area, helping to fulfill the College’s goal of providing a quality education for all students attending CTC. This posting is for an on-campus position.
Minimum Required Education
Masters Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education including 18 graduate hours in the teaching field required.
Minimum Required Experience
Three years of teaching experience at the post-secondary or secondary level in an appropriate academic discipline is required. A minimum of one year of experience with online or technology- enhanced Spanish curriculum is preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Possess a demonstrated knowledge in the subject matter being taught. 
  • Be able to teach the subject matter effectively and communicate clearly with students.
  • Must have good computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Blackboard LMS, downloading and installing software, sending and receiving emails with attachments.
