Adjunct, Applied Administration

The Applied Administration Program at the University of Houston-Downtown seeks qualified adjunct instructors to teach online courses in the following discipline areas: Ethics, Administrative Communication, Budgeting, Human Resources, Decision Making, Leadership, Negotiation, Organizational Change, Project Management, Economics, and Information Technology Management.  The candidate must plan and create course syllabi; provide quality instruction guidelines; evaluation student performance; maintain a positive educational environment in the online classroom, etc.  Experience teaching online courses is preferred.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree.  At least 18 hours of graduate coursework in the particular discipline area is preferred.  Demonstrated professional experience in the particular discipline area may also be considered.
