Under the general direction of the Assistant Dean for Development, Bourns College of Engineering (BCOE), the Director of Development, BCOE increases private philanthropy (individual, foundation, and corporate) to BCOE through major, principal, and planned gifts. The successful incumbent implements programs of engagement between the campus and external constituencies in support of multiple fundraising projects that may include, and are not limited to: student organizations, capital projects, department or center-specific projects, and endowed scholarships, fellowships, and chairs. UCR development places a high value on collaboration and active participation in professional development.

Please note: This is a three-year, renewable contract position that includes the same employee benefits afforded career employees.

The full salary range for the Director of Development, BCOE is $96,700 - $109,000 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $96,700 - $109,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
