Posting Summary | Perform and oversee the timely and accurate processing of accounts payables (AP) transactions for the UVM Bookstore. Manage the daily consolidation of the UVM Bookstore, Henderson’s Café, Cat Pause Convenience Store, and the Catamount Store sales reconciliation data for 15 department cost centers and entering moderately complex general ledger journals into PeopleSoft. |
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Associate’s Degree and one to three years of related experience required. Familiarity with retail sales and operations required. Ability to identify accounting problems, discrepancies, and causes, finding alternative solutions with timely, sound decision required. Proficient in the use of PC applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams). Demonstrated commitment to diversity, social justice and training, fostering a collaborative multicultural environment. |
