Position Description


Advertised Job Summary
The Darla Moore School of Business is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Analyst. Under the supervision of the Director of Budgeting and Finance and the Procurement Manager, the Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for entering and tracking purchases. This position will enter purchases and travel-related expenses into PeopleSoft. This position will also track relevant budget lists for analysis and tracking, such as minor equipment purchases.
Qualifications
High school diploma and two (2) or more years of experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in business with two (2) years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in business and an understanding of budgeting, general ledger, accounting, accounts payable and/or experience in purchasing preferred.
