Position Summary


As an account representative you will be tasked with maintaining and building business with both our existing clients and new clients. Your key focus will be to seek and identify new opportunities in the Information Technology staffing industry.


Job Responsibilities


• Call and schedule client meetings to introduce services and capabilities.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate and current sales records and pipeline information in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the recruiting and delivery team to meet the needs of clients.
• Build relationships with our deployed technical team assigned to clients.
• Negotiate contracts.

Job Location: NJ – Princeton, Middletown
Salary Range: $40-$50K plus commission
