Account Manager - Degrees@Work (Midwest/ West Region)

The Strategic Retail Account Manager (FCA) serves as a vital member of the Activation Team and is responsible for executing the strategic outreach vision of the team, Employer Solutions and SEI. This role directly supports the FCA client, specifically the Performance Institute Relationship Manager, within assigned territory. This includes supporting the FCA client goal of developing the Degrees@Work dealer network, growing the list of participating dealers, coordinating outreach events for prospective and participating Degrees@Work dealers, Mopar CAP-affiliated schools, FCA business centers, and generally supporting new and existing FCA dealer relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the FCA Performance Institute Relationship Managers, from a client management perspective, within shared territory.

  • Coordinate and execute all outreach events, in partnership with FCA Performance Institute Relationship Manager, including trade shows conferences, FCA business center sessions, FCA dealer prospects, Mopar CAP-affiliated school sessions, and other presentations as assigned.

  • Coordinate and execute FCA prospective dealer communications, in support of the FCA Performance Institute Relationship Manager, including email campaigns, print and electronic marketing collateral, social media, and other campaigns as assigned.

  • Generate and refer Degrees@Work dealer leads to partner FCA Performance Institute Relationship Manager.

  • Provide support to FCA Performance Institute Relationship Managers in their pursuit to convert dealers from prospect to executed contract within assigned territory.

  • Identify and pursue new or expanded opportunities with participating FCA dealers to increase utilization of the Degrees@Work program.

  • Identify and pursue new or expanded opportunities with participating FCA dealers to expose them to additional SEI programs and services.

  • Develop and manage a network of contacts and referral sources.

  • Assess client needs and provide feedback to the leadership team.

  • Collaborate with the larger Activation Team to ensure strategic alignment and adoption of best practices.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Skills:

  • A proven ability to close.

  • Strong listening and presentation skills.

  • Must have exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to quickly alter outreach approach based on client response.

  • You are self-motivated and can motivate others.

Work Experience:

  • Four to six years’ experience with demonstrated success in account management, business development, corporate outreach and lead generation; preferably in the education industry.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.

Other:

  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of time.

  • If offsite or hybrid role, must have access to work in setting which enables meeting all requirements of the role (including privacy, reliable internet access, phone, ability to video conference, etc.) at a remote location.

$66,000.00 - $99,000.00 - Salary
