| Job Description: |
Federal Work Study students provide administrative support to the University Bursar’s Office, which is responsible for tuition and fee billing, revenue collections and aid disbursement for the University’s students. Work Study students will provide in-person service to students, family members, and constituents regarding their financial accounts at the Customer Service counter, by phone using a multi-line telephone system, or by email. Work Study students will also assist and support UF OneStop with questions regarding financial accounts by Microsoft Teams, emails, and phone. Additional tasks may include filing, record retention review, imaging and other tasks as assigned. Work Study students must adhere to the excellent customer service philosophy of the Bursar’s Office and communicate it in a professional and courteous manner. |

| Minimum Requirements: |
This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Federal Work-Study (FWS) or Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week. Students seeking FWS jobs should print/screenshot a copy of their Financial Aid Award Page, which contains the Federal Work Study award as proof of FWS eligibility.
