Job Description: |
The University of Florida’s Human Resources Department is seeking a collaborative, forward-thinking professional with experience in leadership program development and facilitation, change management, and strategic planning to lead a team of leadership and organizational development specialists within UFHR’s Training and Organizational Development (T&OD) team. T&OD’s purpose is to improve the performance of UF employees, leaders, and teams and it is committed to helping to create a culture of care, opportunity, and excellence at UF. This position leads UFHR Training and Organizational Development team members in the design and delivery of UF’s leadership and organizational development programs—which includes the range of formal and informal leadership development opportunities such as university-wide leadership development programs, resources, and leadership coaching as well as the range of organizational development work such as strategic planning and supporting university-wide change initiatives. Overall, the role requires strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills and the ability to facilitate individual and organizational growth.

Expected Salary: |
$100,000 to $130,000 commensurate with experience |
Minimum Requirements: |
Masters degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area and six years of relevant experience. |
