Program Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the Bulldog Scholars Program, ensuring the program's goals, objectives, and timelines are met; coordinate program activities, workshops, and events to support student retention and success; collaborate with the School of Education and program staff to ensure program components align with best practices in educational research and student support.

Program Evaluation: Work collaboratively with the Program Evaluator to develop appropriate surveys, statistical measures, and measurement tools to assess the impact of program interventions; collect and analyze data related to program outcomes, student progress, and program effectiveness; utilize evaluation findings to inform continuous improvement efforts and recommend adjustments to program strategies.

Resource Coordination: Liaise with Institutional Research and other university offices to obtain access to necessary databases and ensure adherence to data privacy and institutional policies; manage the budget allocated for the Bulldog Scholars Program, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to fiscal guidelines.

Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with faculty, staff, administrators, and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration in implementing program initiatives; serve as the main point of contact for program-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders; conduct regular meetings and communication with program staff to keep them informed of program updates and progress.

Grant Management: Assist in grant projects related to the Bulldog Scholars Program, supporting grant writing, reporting, and compliance requirements; contribute to the design and development of grant proposals to secure additional funding for the program.

Program Outreach and Visibility: Represent the Bulldog Scholars Program at university events, meetings, and conferences to promote program visibility and advocacy; collaborate with university marketing and communications to develop program-related materials and updates.
