Assistant Scientist - Viral oncogenesis

Job Description: Principal duties include running independent research projects which involve designing and carrying out in vivo studies using virus tumorigenesis systems. Work on this project will occur as part of a highly collaborative program project team, and will couple molecular mechanism studies with in vivo tumorigenesis studies.
Expected Salary:

Annual salary is $54,540.00.

Minimum Requirements:

Ph.D. in Microbiology & Immunology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Extensive previous animal experience is required. Applicants with a strong background in cancer biology, virology, and/or immunology is required. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation, a desire to work as a member of a highly collaborative group, and excellent English communication skills.
