OPS Human Resources Office Assistant

Job Description:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for general office duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone and email requests, troubleshooting incoming requests, managing voicemails
  • Process and scan confidential personnel documents in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain personnel filing system
  • Drop off / pick up documents around UF Campus
  • Assist with new employee onboarding
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned

Schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.

Expected Salary:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Google Workspace
