The Office of Admissions is currently recruiting organized and motivated Federal Work Study student assistants to assist in the daily operations associated with the initial review processing of undergraduate, graduate, professional, and certificate applications received by the Office of Admissions.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Customer Service: Assist Admissions Office with responding to email inquiries from prospective applicants, students, parents, and campus partners as well as other customer service-related activities regarding the application process.
• Processing: Assist with the preparation of application files and materials required to complete the initial review processing of undergraduate, graduate, professional, and certificate applications received by the Office of Admissions.
• Other duties as assigned.

$12.00/hour

• Must have Federal Work Study eligibility
• Available to work 10 - 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

• Must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and courteous
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality, and exercise good judgment
• Demonstrate professional etiquette
• Ability to identify priorities and shift when necessary
