This is an exciting opportunity to join our UK Recruitment Team. The UK Recruitment Assistant (FABSS) is a key role within our UK Recruitment and Partnerships Department.

You will support in delivery of key projects and activities of the recruitment operational action plan, feeding into our overarching University UK recruitment strategy but focusing on activities related to the Faculty of Arts Business and Social Sciences (FABSS).

You will support in delivery of activities outlined in faculty and course level recruitment action plans, covering the ‘awareness to application’ stages of the prospect journey. The role also supports responding to prospect enquiries related to the faculty and will work collaboratively with colleagues in conversion and WP roles to support activities for the faculty across the function. In a fast-paced, ever-changing sector, it is anticipated you will have a proactive and innovative approach to recruitment delivery at the University.

You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build effective relationships, as an ambassador for the university.
